OVERVIEW

In the All courses tab there is a list of all the courses you have created by now. The title, status (published, not published), type (Follow Along, Simple Course), tags and date of modification are displayed. You can either edit or delete (you can delete it only if the course has not been published yet) the course.

To create a new course, go to Create new course.

BASIC INFO

NAME

Enter the name of your course. Users will see it in the application as the name of the course they purchased.

TAGS

Tags will help you to quickly inform your students and organize your content. You can simply add a tag by writing the tag name in the input and save it by pressing enter or select an existing one from the drop-down list. Tags can be accessed globally inside your account.

PRICE

Enter the price of this course (optional).

PROGRAM TYPE

Different program types have different settings and behavior.

  • Simple course is a static program in which every workout is composed of different exercises. Students progress through the program by completing the workouts in the specified order.
  • Follow along is a static program in which all the workouts are recorded as a follow along workouts. Students progress through the program by completing the workouts in the specified order.

FEEDBACK TYPE

For now, there is only one feedback type: workout completed.

COURSE DURATION

How long will your students need to complete this course? Enter the number.

DURATION UNIT

Choose the time unit for the duration – day, week, month, year.

COURSE DIFFICULTY

Select difficulty from the drop-down list. It will tell the users how advanced this course is (optional).

FREQUENCY/PER WEEK

Indicate how many times per week you recommend your students to do this course. You can choose one frequency (e.g. my course can be done only 4 times per week) or more frequencies if your workout can be done either e.g. 3 times or 5 times per week.

DESCRIPTION

Tell your students what this course is all about. You can include images, links, files and videos to your content. In the editor menu there is an icon for each (images, links/files, videos). Please, take a look above (Third Step: Create Course Program -> Basic Info -> Description) for the detailed instructions how to include those in the content.

When finished, don’t forget to SAVE the course.

There are slightly different protocols to set up a FOLLOW ALONG COURSE and a SIMPLE COURSE.

Course Basic Info

1. FOLLOW ALONG COURSE

After finishing with BASIC INFO about your course, move to a tab PROGRAM.

Start creating your course program. If you want to add a new workout, click the blue button NEW WORKOUT DAY.

IMAGE

Choose and upload the cover image of the workout day. The cover image will be displayed for this specific workout day in user’s Dashboard. For best results, use JPEG or PNG file with suggested dimensions: 1200 x 675 px. If you do not choose any image, there will be an empty place.

TITLE

Enter the name of the workout day. Users will see it in the application in Dashboard and Schedule as the name of the workout day.

BONUS

If this workout is not mandatory (is optional), check a checkbox BONUS. Users will see it as a star beside the name of the workout day in Dashboard and Schedule.

DURATION

Set the workout duration (HH (hours) : MM (minutes) : SS (seconds) – e.g. if the workout is 30 minutes long, you enter 00:30:00). Users will see it in the application on the workout page (Dashboard) and in the list of workouts (optional).

DIFFICULTY

Select the difficulty of the workout from the drop-down list. It will show the students for how advanced of a trainee this program is (optional).

FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT

Select a video from the drop-down list for this specific workout day. Only one video can be selected when creating a new workout of this type.

USED IN FREQUENCIES

Check the used in frequencies checkbox if you want to include the workout in that particular schedule.

When finished, click SAVE.

On your right, you have PROGRAM FREQUENCIES to see how many workout days you have entered by now and how many are still left. WORKOUT SCHEDULE shows you the workout days by their name and order. To change the order of the workout days take the blue icon next to the workout’s name and move it to the appropriate position (drag and drop). You can edit, clone (make a copy of the workout day) or delete the specific workout day.

For adding an education day to your course program click a red button EDUCATION DAY.

USED IN FREQUENCIES

Check the checkbox beside the (appropriate – if you have more) frequency.

CONTENT

Write the content for your education day. It includes a WYSIWYG editor which gives you more freedom when writing large texts. You can include images, links, files, and videos to your content. In the editor menu, there is an icon for each (images, links/files, videos). Please, take a look above (Third Step: Create Course Program -> Basic Info -> Description) for the detailed instructions how to include those in the content.

When finished, click SAVE EDUCATION.

When the whole program of your course is set, click the PUBLISH button.

Tab OVERVIEW shows an overview of the course program with a list of names of the workout days. By clicking a name of a workout day more info is displayed.

Describe your workout so that your students can see what awaits them and prepare before start. E.g. list the equipment they will need during the workout. You can include images, files, links and videos to your content. In the editor menu there is an icon for each (images, links/files, videos). Please, take a look above (Third Step: Create Course Program -> Basic Info -> Description) for detailed instructions how to include those in the content.

ADDITIONAL CONTENT

Is there anything in addition to the workout description that you would like to share with your students? You can include it in the additional content. Add images, files, links, and videos to your content. In the editor menu, there is an icon for each (images, links/files, videos). Please, take a look above (Third Step: Create Course Program -> Basic Info -> Description) for detailed instructions how to include those in the content.

HOW TO ADD A NEW EXERCISE

In the workouts block there are three blocks: Warm-up, Work, and Cool-down. Choose the section where you want to add exercises and click the button +. In the selector, you can choose exercise and add required sets and reps or time duration. Repeat this step… If the section is empty, it will be ignored.

WHAT IS SUPERSET (Create Superset)

In a superset, you can add multiple exercises that are meant to be performed back to back without rest. This type can also be used to create a circuit type of workouts.

HOW TO SORT EXERCISES

You can simply sort exercises by clicking on the icon and drag the section to the desired position in the list.

When finished, click SAVE.
